Before moving in I really wanted to get a small sized server rack to put all my network equipment and NAS inside to make a clean setup. Initially I was just going to do straight direct connections to the wall to plugin with a switch but I figured I might as well do a cleaner setup. I needed 6 drops to be installed with shielded CAT6a cable. They did an awesome job and finished in 2 days and did their best to minimize holes in the walls with the limitations they had due to semi concrete master bathroom floors. Thank you Juan!

Juan and John are simply amazing. I wanted to install a camera system that I bought from Costco. Initially, I thought I could install it myself, but after doing some research I decided to contact Castro Concept. I spoke to Juan and he was very professional and informative. They day of installation Juan explain everything to me and let me know that the wires that came with the camera were not long enough for a two story installation. .My hard-wired internet access point stopped working, resulting in no WIFI signal in part of the house. I called Castro Concepts, thinking they would simply install a new access point and issue resolved. Instead, the team from Castro Concepts first starting troubling shooting my network. They checked to ensure the ethernet cable connection from my router to the access point was working, check. Next they tested the hub (yes I used a hub not a switch) to determine if the hub was working, bingo. My loss of WIFI internet was not my access point, but a bad hub. Not being a network guru, the team could have easily sold me a new access point, re-wired my house, and oh throw in a new switch for good measure and I would not have even known the root cause. I appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and integrity of Castro Concepts. The are my new #1 experts to call on all things WIFI internet networking related.
